Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Front Server for Restaurant R'evolution in New Orleans to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fine dining setting. You will follow brand standards, set tables for each course, support the Captain, and master the menu items while maintaining a clean, organized service area.

The role requires 3–6 months of related experience or training and a Louisiana Responsible Vendor Server's Permit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Must have Louisiana Responsible Vendor Server's Permit.

Responsibilities

• Follow brand service standards and guidelines.
• Set tables per service standard for each course.
• Provide support to the Captain and staff.
• Know all Food & Beverage menu items.
• Handle checkout and cash handling procedures as trained.
• Keep service area and tools clean and organized.
• Attend ongoing training sessions and mentor new staff.
• Complete opening, during and closing paperwork.
