Qualifications

• Strong communication for training and safety purposes.
• Able to work independently in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow service guidelines per Brand standards.
• Set tables properly for each course and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide support to Captain and assist in training new staff.
• Know menu items and employ proper sales techniques.
• Handle checkout and cash procedures as trained.
• Manage service area and tools, return items to proper locations.
• Attend ongoing trainings and participate in shifts paperwork.
