Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is highly preferred; however, an equivalent combination of education and background will be considered.
• Strong memory or focus for seat numbers, food allergens, and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to carry heavy polished trays smoothly through crowded dining rooms.
• Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses simultaneously with the service team, placing plates as instructed.
• Memorize the full menu, daily specials, and ingredient profiles; announce dishes accurately.
• Adhere to allergy notes and ensure safe delivery.
• Clear plates and service ware between courses with proper etiquette.
• Wipe, sanitize, and dry tables, chairs, and booster seats.
