Qualifications

• Experience in stewarding or kitchen utility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitary conditions in kitchens, dish rooms, and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure chinaware, silverware, glassware, and cookware are clean and ready for service.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment; wash pots and pans by hand.
• Keep floors, walls, worktables, and refrigerators clean and safe.
• Assist with banquet setups and breakdowns.
• Assist with inventory and supply organization.
• Make coffee as needed.
• Comply with Broadmoor guidelines, safety policies, and standards.
• Learn about Broadmoor history and offerings.
