Job summary

The Belgrove, a distinguished 4-Diamond resort in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the dining room and ensure flawless service at our West Palm Beach property.

You will work with the Restaurant General Manager to create schedules, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of quality and service in a fine-dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least five (5) years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant; experience in fine dining or upscale service is preferred.
• TIPS and ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the restaurant and front-of-house staff.
• Create weekly schedules to ensure proper coverage for expected business levels.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver memorable dining experiences.
• Uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards and Belgrove Resort brand standards.
• Develop training programs for staff and ensure high-quality guest service.
