Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service and assist with pre-shift tasks
• Greet guests, take orders accurately, and describe the menu
• Train new hires and support team development
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns and guide to a positive resolution
