Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant.
• Guide guests on their culinary journey through menu descriptions.
• Be accurate in order taking and confirm special requests.
• Master the menu details to enhance conversation with guests.
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests with concerns to reach a satisfactory resolution.
• Finalize the experience with timely and accurate bill presentation.
