The role involves planning, production, and presentation of all foods, ensuring safety, quality, and allergen awareness, while mentoring staff and collaborating with leadership teams to maintain profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of seasonality in menu planning and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Attract, retain, and motivate culinary talent.
• Assist executive chef with daily ordering and par level planning.
• Lead kitchen operations, safety, and cleanliness.
• Conduct daily kitchen walk-throughs and team meetings.
• Participate in weekly F&B, BEO, and leadership meetings.
• Assist in menu costing and seasonal menu development.
