Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for The Belgrove in West Palm Beach. You will lead the dining room, oversee service quality, and ensure adherence to brand standards and policies.

You will coordinate Front and Heart of the House teams, create schedules, train staff, and drive guest satisfaction. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Requires working knowledge of Full-Service Restaurant operations and fine dining core standards.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and work cohesively as part of a team and exercise sound judgment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; must communicate effectively in English.
• Second language is desirable; experience with Microsoft Office and Micros is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily operations of the restaurant, coordinating Front and Heart of the House staff.
• Organize pre-shift and departmental meetings and communicate information to the team.
• Create weekly schedules to ensure proper coverage based on business levels.
• Work with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver memorable dining experiences and elevated service.
• Ensure adherence to Forbes Five-Star standards and Belgrove Resort brand standards.
• Be present on the floor during peak business periods to ensure guest satisfaction.
