Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
• English communication skills required, verbal and written.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Must obtain Colorado Support Gaming License.
• Ability to accurately count money and provide change.

Responsibilities

• Prepares drinks with proper portions for guests at assigned stations.
• Mixes drinks according to recipes; keeps station stocked with liquor, glasses and accessories.
• Operates cash register, ringing the correct amount and giving change.
• Maintains the bar area clean and professional in appearance.
• Takes and serves cocktail orders; processes payments as required.
• Logs stock used and balances cash at end of shift.
• Ensures service items and stock are ready for the shift.
• Provides courteous, attentive guest service.
