Job summary

JW Marriott Turnberry Resort & Spa is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist the F&B operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial performance within a luxury environment.

You will supervise associates, manage service standards, and oversee opening/closing procedures, staffing, and inventory. A strong knowledge of POS systems and a focus on guest service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in food and beverage in luxury or fine dining venues.
• Experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Micros or other POS systems; strong guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining F&B policies, standards and procedures.
• Supervise staff and service presentation for meals.
• Maintain knowledge of menus across breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar and wine pairing.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and shift staffing levels to meet guest needs.
• Assist with payroll, reports, inventory, and budgets for F&B operations.
• Resolve guest complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Support departmental meetings and communicate goals clearly.
