The role focuses on leading staff, ensuring exceptional service, achieving financial targets, and aligning operations with CORE:'s standards. A strong background in fine dining and beverage knowledge is essential, with open availability for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management and supervision.
• Experience in fine dining and service standards.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve guest conflicts.
• Experience in hiring, training, scheduling, and leadership practices.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Open availability; able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant staff and operations.
• Help execute events and F&B service across CORE:.
• Ensure staff is trained on quality service and proper verbiage.
• Enhance member experience by attending to member preferences.
• Assist in ordering bar products and consumables.
• Perform weekly liquor/wine inventory and monthly beverage inventory.
• Provide beverage training for FOH staff.
• Maintain quality control for Services and Food & Beverage.
