Qualifications

• Hospitality background with 1+ years in upscale dining, fine-dining service, boutique catering, or high-end private events.
• Poise, presentation, and professional composure in open-air environments.
• Passion for food, wine, and beverage service within hospitality.
• Team-first attitude with strong collaboration and grace under pressure during live service.
• Availability for event-driven hours; ORIGIN events run 4:00–10:00 PM, monthly with growth potential.
• Responsible Vendor / Alcohol Server and Food Handler certifications preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in full lifecycle of dining events: pre-event setup, execution, and post-event breakdown.
• Deliver polished, high-level multi-course service and beverage pairings.
• Serve as primary front-of-house ambassador for ORIGIN at 4Roots and support other formats.
• Navigate open-air dining areas and coordinate with outdoor kitchen and seating for smooth pacing.
• Master menu profiles, chef backgrounds, and ingredient sourcing for engaging descriptions.
• Provide warm, attentive service that exceeds guest expectations in a high-profile setting.
• Assist with dining area staging, tablescapes, bar setups, and post-event wrap-up.
