Responsibilities

• Staffing duties: interviewing, hiring, training, coaching and scheduling.
• Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services.
• Greets guests, escorts to tables, and provides menus.
• Handle complaints to insure a great dining experience.
• Assign tasks and coordinate dining room staff for prompt service.
• Inspect stations for cleanliness and inventory linens and supplies.
