Job summary

Responsibilities

• Staffing: interviewing, hiring, training, coaching and scheduling.
• Schedule dining reservations and parties.
• Greets guests, escorts to tables, and provides menus.
• Handle and fix all complaints to ensure great dining experience.
• Assigns tasks and coordinates dining room staff for prompt service.
• Inspect dining room stations and inventories supplies.
• Work toward continual improvement of the organization.
