Our Client is recruiting a Chef de Partie to work in an AA Rosette level kitchen at a luxury hotel in the Stamford area. You will report to the Head Chef, assist junior chefs and prepare plated dishes for fine dining and private functions, with a clear pathway to career progression.

Salary is £31-33k per year with training and development opportunities, and live-in accommodation is available for eligible candidates in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in AA Rosette level fresh-food hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Report to Head Chef and assist junior chefs.
• Prepare and plate for fine dining restaurant.
