Responsibilities

• Set tables with the right silverware, glassware, and dishes.
• Refill drinks and clear glasses as needed.
• Clear and reset tables for the next guests.
• Run food to tables in a timely manner.
• Greet guests and provide menus as needed.
• Stock supplies before, during, and after shift.
• Communicate with FOH and BOH to ensure timely service.
• Relay any special needs to servers or managers when necessary.
