Responsibilities

• Work all stations as needed during service.

• Follow proper food safety and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to deliver a consistent dining experience.
• Complete opening and closing duties and manage mise en place.
• Rotate stock, label and date items, and organize storage areas.
• Apply advanced knife skills during service.
• Maintain menu knowledge and plate presentation.
• Read, measure, and execute recipes.
