Job summary

Auberge is seeking a dedicated Server to join our team, delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests and staff. You will take orders, upsell to enhance guest satisfaction, process payments, and ensure smooth restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in foodservice, strong knowledge of wine and food, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of food and wine; luxury hospitality preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, deliver items, and input orders into the POS system.
• Relate with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals.
• Upsell unique menu items and comply with Auberge Resorts Collection standards.
• Handle billing and maintain accurate transactions.
• Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings.
• Keep the restaurant tidy and follow safe food handling procedures.
