Responsibilities

• Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Adhere to liquor regulations pertaining to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Mix drinks accurately and quickly following recipes.
• Stock and restock bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Process payments in line with cash handling and credit policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Handle any other tasks as assigned by the manager.
