The h.wood Group is set to launch Lady Delilah in New York City this Fall. We seek a talented Lead Bartender to ensure bartending standards are met, manage beverage programs, and lead a team with energy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has extensive bartending experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced venue environment. Local regulations compliance and a team-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have NY Food Handlers Card.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and delivers exceptional customer service.
• Able to stand for long shifts (up to 8 hours) with frequent bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated cocktail and liquor menus with venue management.
• Oversee inventory and receive liquor and supplies with venue management.
• Coordinate weekly ordering in consultation with management.
