Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ bartending experience in fast-paced, luxury food & beverage operations.
• Passionate about mixology with strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers.
• Must speak, comprehend, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products, brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections; proper glassware and garnishes.
• Greet guests and personalize service; use names to signal recognition.
• Serve beverages and food per guidelines; accurate pours and garnishes.
• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Oversee bar maintenance and stock; communicate shortages to management.
• Coordinate food service with kitchen and service teams.
• Provide guests with a great bar experience and ensure prompt service to table guests.
