Job summary

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders.
• Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests for all events.
• Initiate and maintain friendly, professional contact with guests.
• Set up and maintain food and beverage stations.
• Maintain inventory for stations.
• Keep event areas tidy and organized.
• Assist in setup and cleanup of service items.
• Work independently during slower times.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Respond to simple inquiries from guests or vendors.
