Qualifications

• 3+ years of executive chef experience in high-volume, luxury or fine-dining settings.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-management abilities.
• Experience with banquet kitchens and large-scale event operations.

Responsibilities

• Owns culinary vision and day-to-day kitchen operations for Carbone at Aria.
• Oversees menu execution, recipe development, costing, and inventory control.
• Leads staffing, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Partners with restaurant and property leadership to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
