Job summary

Bourbon Steak is seeking an Assistant General Manager to provide administrative and operational leadership in a fine dining setting. You will support the Kitchen and Dining Room teams under the General Manager and Executive Chef, driving sales, service quality, and staff development to uphold a premium guest experience.

• 4 years’ experience in a fine dining high volume restaurant, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
• Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
