Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, including labor, inventory and guest service standards to meet targets.
• Assist GM with strategies to increase revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Oversee training, scheduling, hiring and performance reviews for FOH staff, and engage employees.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen-dining room service and SOP adherence.
• Support HR agendas and work within the CBA language; perform other duties as assigned.
