Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Maryland is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and run the restaurant in their absence. The AGM will drive daily operations, guest satisfaction, staff training, and cost control across FOH and back of house.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in a high-volume fine dining setting and holds S-MAC and Elite Certifications. This is a full-time role within a franchise group operating multiple Ruth's Chris Steak Houses on the East Coast.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Restaurant Operations on a daily basis.
• Plan and coordinates training and professional development for FOH and kitchen staff.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and handle guest/employee complaints.
• Assist General Manager with budgeting and cost control.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules and manage staffing for FOH.
• Conduct first round of interviews for FOH staff and participate in hiring.
