Job summary

OneWater Marine Inc. is seeking a Business Manager in Sarasota, FL to oversee closing and ownership transfer documents while offering finance options, Extended Service Products, and insurance to drive profitability.

You will analyze credit profiles, secure favorable loan terms, and present products to maximize term lengths. You will collaborate with Sales and Service teams to coordinate closings, train on lender programs, and ensure compliance with tax laws and data handling.

• Strong numerical and financial understanding; knowledge of credit and accounting compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deal paperwork is prepared and executed; manage ownership transfers and digital file uploads.
• Present Extended Service Products to maximize terms and handle objections to secure sales.
• Analyze customer credit and financial profiles to secure favorable loan terms.
• Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and profitability of deals.
• Coordinate with Sales and Service to schedule and manage closing dates.
• Pursue ongoing training in Lender Programs and Extended Service Products.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, data security, and vessel ownership transfers.
• Provide exceptional customer service for financing and insurance questions.
• Other duties as required.
