Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Development Manager in Grand Rapids, MI to drive financial wellness programs for corporate clients. You will develop and sell health and benefit accounts, student debt solutions, earned wage access and more, using a consultative approach with client services support.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand the bank's book of business, focusing on industries such as professional services, manufacturing, healthcare and wholesale.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a sales/relationship role in financial wellness.
• Experience in professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, wholesale or related industries is preferred.
• Candidates should be capable of a consultative sales approach and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Focus on acquiring new clients for financial wellness solutions and growing sales, revenue and market share.
• Negotiate, document, and expand client relationships while managing risk and profitability.
• Leverage internal and external networks to bring in new business and deepen client engagement.
• Present the full range of PNC products and services to clients and drive solutions.
• Collaborate with client services teams to support the growth of a book of business.
