Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Specialist III to provide high-level service, process complex transactions, and proactively identify member financial needs. You will balance daily transactions, assist members with products and services, and refer opportunities to the appropriate partners.

This non-exempt, full-time role supports branch operations, mentoring MSSI/ MSSII, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of banking or customer relationship experience preferred.
• One year as MSS II or teller at Golden 1 or similar experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal Rules and Regulations as applied to credit unions is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and general ledger entries.
• Provide Golden 1 services including cashier’s checks, money orders, and debit card issuance.
• Identify member needs and document opportunities in EnAct system.
• Ensure confidentiality of member and credit union information.
