KeyBank's Albany branch seeks a Personal Banker to serve clients, uncover financial needs, and guide them toward solutions that enhance wellness and growth. You will open accounts, build relationships with individuals and small businesses, and collaborate with teammates to expand the branch's reach while delivering exceptional service daily.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in developing customer relationships and meeting sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value and debt-to-income.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to educate clients on banking products.
• Experience with PC literacy and digital platforms for banking services.

Responsabilidades

• Open personal and small business accounts.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to acquire and deepen relationships.
• Ensure compliance with risk and audit procedures.
• Assist with Teller transactions and daily branch operations.
• Support morning huddles and occasional Saturday duties.
