Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Personal Banker in Hudson, NY to engage clients in meaningful conversations, uncover needs, and guide them toward financial wellness through in-person and proactive outreach.

You will open accounts, build relationships with individuals and small businesses, and collaborate with branch teammates to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional client service and compliant banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit, loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Experience with tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking.
• Comfortable with small business clients and overcoming objections.
• Knowledge of PCs and MS Office; digital platforms and mobile apps.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opening personal and business accounts and advising clients.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners.
• Assist with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
• Support compliance with risk, security and audit procedures.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Saturdays as directed by management.
