Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover financial needs and provide guidance.
• Open personal and business accounts and cross-sell products.
• Develop strong partnerships with branch teammates and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit policies.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in and occasionally lead morning huddles; work Saturdays as directed by management.
