Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Transitions Onboarding Consultant to support new Financial Professionals moving their business to Osaic across all channels. The role blends advisor-facing consulting with hands-on operational execution, delivering a seamless onboarding and repapering experience.

The position requires up to 40% travel across the US, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and SIE/S7 or S99 within 12 months, with 1–3 years in financial transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; significant practical experience will be considered.
• SIE/S7 or S99 within 12 months.
• 1-3 years of financial/transition experience.
• Licenses such as Series 6, 7, 65, 66, or 24/26 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advisor-facing transition consulting for all channels including Empowered Independence.
• Repapering & asset movement execution across all channels/Tiers.
• Cross-functional partnership and optimization.
• Data gathering, forms preparation & submission; monitoring account transfers (in person and virtually).
• NIGO (Not in Good Order) paperwork monitoring & resolution impacting asset movement.
• Troubleshoot and escape any transition related issues.
• Look for ways to improve & expedite the asset movement process.
