The Onboarding Consultant will be part of the Transitions Team supporting new Financial Professionals moving their existing business to Osaic across all Channels. The Transitions Onboarding Consultant delivers a seamless, consistent onboarding and repapering experience for Financial Professionals across all Osaic channels. This hybrid role blends advisor-facing consulting with hands-on operational execution, partnering closely with Business Development, Operations, and Channel Leadership. The Onboarding Consultant needs to have a thorough understanding of the account opening and transfer process including their dependency on one another to move an entire book of business. This person must have some transition experience and become a subject matter expert on asset movement, demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge, be detailed oriented, and have exceptional communication skills. We are looking for self-starters who are quick learners, resourceful, and results oriented in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The person must have the ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. The Onboarding support will be offered virtually and in person.
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical Experience will be considered.
