Job summary

The Transitions Onboarding Consultant at Osaic will support new Financial Professionals moving their business to Osaic across all channels. This hybrid role blends advisor-facing consulting with hands-on operational execution, collaborating with Business Development, Operations, and Channel Leadership to ensure a seamless onboarding and repapering experience.

Qualifications

• SIE/S7 or S99 required within 12 months.
• Previous Financial/Transition experience 1-3 Years.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Industry licenses such as SIE, series 6, 7, 65, 66, or 24/26 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Advisor-facing transition consulting for all channels including Empowered Independence.
• Repapering & asset movement execution across all channels/Tiers.
• Cross-functional partnership and optimization.
• Data gathering, forms preparation & submission; monitoring account transfers (in person and virtually).
• NIGO paperwork monitoring & resolution impacting asset movement.
• Troubleshoot and elevate transition-related issues.
• Look for ways to improve & expedite the asset movement process.
