Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking professionals to help federal clients transform Financial Management processes through analytics and automation. You will design and support dashboards, low/no-code solutions, and AI/ML tools to modernize finance, accounting, budgeting, and risk management.

You will work with senior management and cross-functional teams on process improvements and policy-aligned solutions. Role involves production support, risk and controls integration, and active collaboration with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in financial management, accounting, or business transformation.
• Experience with Federal financial policies and governance (FMFIA, OMB A-123) preferred.
• Experience leveraging Excel for data analysis, trend analysis, and anomaly detection.

Responsibilities

• Transform FM processes with analytics and automation to modernize financial workflows.
• Identify and deliver end-to-end process improvements and implement technical changes.
• Provide production support and continuous improvement for solutions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed FM standards and policy requirements.
