Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, MIS, IT, or related field with progressive ERP/financial systems experience.
• Experience supporting, implementing, or enhancing ERP/Workday in a complex environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, staff development, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• supervise Financial Systems Analysts and a Financial Systems Specialist.
• Coordinate daily Workday operations and resolve complex system issues.
• Lead or coordinate projects, enhancements, and automation within financial systems.
