Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a hands‑on Manager of Financial Systems to lead Workday Financial Management and Workday Adaptive Planning. You’ll partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Operations to improve financial processes and reporting.

The role requires strong Workday expertise, an accounting/finance background, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. Join a growing Southeast provider and help drive efficient financial operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years hands‑on Workday Financial Management and Workday Adaptive Planning experience.
• Experience building Adaptive Planning models, dashboards, and reports.
• Experience configuring Workday Financial Management with security, hierarchies, and reporting.
• Strong accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial close knowledge.
• Experience managing system testing, releases, and change management.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary functional expert for Workday Financial Management and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and Operations to improve financial systems support.
• Own administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday platforms.
• Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Troubleshoot configuration, data, and integration issues; drive automated workflows.
