Job summary
Chesterfield County is seeking a Financial Systems Coordinator to lead our enterprise financial systems team and ensure reliable operations of Workday for County and School finance. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and drive improvements across accounts receivable, payroll, and reporting.
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, MIS, or related field and experience with Workday and ERP environments.

- Experience supporting enterprise financial or business systems in a complex environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise Financial Systems Analysts and the Financial Systems Specialist.
- Coordinate daily Workday operations, staff workloads, and project priorities.
- Lead financial systems projects, testing, and implementations.
- Coordinate security, controls, and audits for Workday and related systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to optimize financial processes.
