Job summary

Herschend Family Entertainment seeks a Finance Systems Manager to lead Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning implementation and ongoing administration. This role acts as the bridge between Technology and Finance, ensuring governance, optimization, and support for the Workday Financials platform as well as non-revenue finance systems.

Based in Branson West, MO, you will partner with Accounting and FP&A to improve processes, implement new features, and maintain strong internal controls and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years of enterprise financial systems experience at managerial level.
• Experience implementing large-scale systems as a core team member.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and general ledger accounting experience.
• Excellent project management and communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation meetings and testing coordination for finance areas.
• Drive user adoption and process optimization with finance leadership.
• Oversee Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning configuration and governance.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting to automate processes and improve reporting.
• Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, and security role segregation.
