Job summary

Tucker Ellis LLP in Chicago is seeking a Finance Systems Administrator to support the firm’s financial systems across Aderant, iTimekeep, and related tools. The role ensures timely service desk resolution, system maintenance, and data-driven reporting.

The candidate will write SQL queries, support external vendors, and collaborate with IT and Finance to drive system improvements. Hybrid schedule in Chicago or Cleveland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Accounting with Information Systems focus.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience with accounting or ERP systems and relational databases.
• Experience with relational databases and database administration is essential.
• Strong Excel, SQL, and SSRS skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial systems and user support for Aderant and related tools.
• Perform SQL updates and monthly/annual rate changes.
• Provide user training and handle service desk requests.
• Develop reporting solutions and assist in data stewardship.
• Coordinate IT/Finance solutions with stakeholders and vendors.
