Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses; 63/65 can be substituted and require passing the missing series within 60 days.
• At least one year experience in the investments industry and knowledge of investment products/services.
• At least one year experience in financial services or sales with goals met or exceeded.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Thorough regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long-term strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plans short- and long-term financial goals with clients and builds a financial plan using brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and assets.
• Mitigates and manages risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele and engages them.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
