Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63 and 65 in lieu)
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment with targets
• Ability to set and meet goals and build relationships
• Strong communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal service providers
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities
• Identify and engage new clients through referrals or branch clientele
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs
