Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses; if not, 63/65 acceptable with passing score for missing series within 60 days.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the investments industry, including product knowledge and training.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in financial services or sales with goals met or exceeded.
• Ability to set and achieve goals, build relationships, and collaborate across teams.
• Strong communication, client engagement, time management, and regulatory due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Plan financial goals with clients and build financial plans using brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and manage risk in daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or existing center clientèle.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product offerings.
