Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a licensed investment professional to provide comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their goals. The role includes triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners, reviewing financial plans, and recommending brokerage products.

You will work with clients to build plans, meet regulatory requirements such as SAFE Act registration, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored banking and investment

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses. If you do not hold 66 but have 63 or 65, offer contingent on passing 66 within 60 days.
• Has at least one year investment industry experience with product/service knowledge.
• Experience in financial services or sales with targets met or exceeded.
• Ability to set and achieve goals and build strong client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or center of influence networks.
• Provides coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product opportunities.
