Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalent 63/65).
• Minimum 1 year in investments with product knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with goals.
• Able to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities).
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned to client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal providers by needs and assets.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.
