Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 and 66 licenses; or 63/65 with plan to obtain the missing series within 60 days.
• At least one year of investments industry experience with product knowledge.
• At least one year in financial services or sales with achieving goals.
• Ability to set and accomplish goals and build relationships.
• Strong collaboration, communication and client engagement skills.
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long-term client strategies.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies to align with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
