Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a licensed financial advisor to deliver comprehensive guidance and customized solutions that help clients reach their financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to business partners, and meet with clients to review goals, build a financial plan, and recommend brokerage products.

Additionally, you will pursue required licenses and trainings, and may handle residential mortgage loan originations under SAFE Act registration.

Qualifications

• Current series 7 and 66 licenses required; if 66 missing but 63/65 held, an offer may be extended with passing score within 60 days.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments or financial services industry with a sales background meeting goals.
• Minimum of one year of experience in financial services or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Plans clients' short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on client needs and assets.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
