• Triage client leads and requests
• Make referrals to internal business and service partners based on client needs and asset thresholds
• Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals
• Build financial plans using brokerage products, banking solutions, and money-managed solutions
• Recommend brokerage products, banking strategies, and investment strategies
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals and financial center clientele
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners
• Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
• Apply and expand knowledge through required licenses and trainings
• Potentially originate residential mortgage loans subject to SAFE Act requirements

Requirements

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, or equivalent Series 63 and 65 in lieu of 66
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
• Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays
• Strong relationship-building, collaboration, communication, goal management, prioritization, and time-management abilities
• Ability to adapt to new information and seek appropriate client solutions
• Ability to incorporate relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term client strategies
• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
• Bilingual Mandarin required
• SAFE Act registration and required SAFE Act background check
• Must maintain SAFE Act registration in good standing
